GIVE YOUR TRADITIONAL COOKIE SWAP PARTY A UNIQUE MIX

What: The holiday season is all about spending time with friends and loved ones. Hosting a cookie exchange is a great way to have an informal get-together, and end up one step ahead of your holiday baking schedule in the process! Each guest brings a batch (typically one dozen per guest) of their favorite home-made cookies and swaps them with the other guests. This concept is a tradition for many, and it not only saves you some money as you are cooking in bulk (and fills up the cookie jar with different selections of cookies!); but it also saves time during this often time-stressed period. It also gives you the chance for a much-needed break from the seasonal rush.

Why not try something new for your cookie swap this year and let The Mixing Table host it
for you. While you are mixing up ready-to-cook meals for the holiday season, and selecting
items from the hors d’oeuvres and desserts specialty menu, the staff will package the already baked holiday treats for everyone to take home at the end of the evening. They will also prepare a book of recipes for each attendee (individual recipes to be provided by the cookie swap guests). You will enjoy conversation with friends, snacks and leave with dinners and cookies that will really help you out during the holiday season.

A minimum of eight people are required for a private party. Our three entrée package
minimum will also apply, small (serves 2-3) $45 and large (serves 4-6 people) $75. For
information about planning your own Cookie Swap event visit The Mixing table online
